I keep coming back to these guys because they’ve just never let me down. Every time I need something, they come through, and yeah, I was going to say it’s rare to find that, but it’s just nice not having to worry

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure if it was something I’d done wrong or not.
I emailed Chemical Guys UK expecting it to maybe take a while, but I got a reply quickly. The person who helped me was really friendly, explained what had happened clearly, and got it sorted without making it feel like a hassle.
It was a nice surprise to deal with a company that actually replies properly and makes things easy. I’d happily order from them again...

"Really impressed with the results on my car"
I tried Chemical Guys UK after seeing a detailer using their products, and I’m really impressed. The wash and wax was so easy to use, and the finish came out miles better than the cheaper stuff I usually grab. The paint looked super clean and shiny, almost like it had been done professionally. Delivery was smooth too, so I’ll definitely be ordering again when I start running low.

"Does the job nicely"
Picked up a few cleaning bits from Chemical Guys UK and gave them a go over the weekend. The instructions on the bottles were easy enough to follow, and the results were decent without having to spend ages on it. Delivery turned up when expected, so nothing to complain about there. One of the products was a little smaller than I had in mind, so I’ll probably check the sizing a bit closer next time, but overall I’m happy with what I got

I ordered a few bottles from chemicalguysuk.com and, to be fair, they arrived in perfect condition. The box looked a bit battered when it turned up, which made me worry at first, but everything inside was really well padded and nothing had leaked. That’s always my main concern with cleaning products, so I was glad it was all fine. The only annoying bit was the communication around the delivery, which wasn’t very clear and left me unsure what was going on. Packaging itself was spot on though, no complaints there.

"Made my black Golf look properly clean again"
I tried this on my black Golf i was happy with how it turned out after just one wash. The shine came up really nicely, and there was that smooth finish you hope for without it feeling greasy or looking patchy. I also felt like it took less effort than my usual wash, which was a relief because I didn’t want to spend ages on it. Seeing the car look that good afterwards made me feel like it was worth buying. I’ll definitely order it again

"Took way too long to find what I needed"
The site looks nice at first, but actually using it was kind of frustrating. The menus felt packed with too much stuff, and I kept clicking around in circles just trying to compare a few products??
The search wasn’t much help either, and a couple pages were really slow on my phone. I did finally place my order, but why did it have to take that long??

They’re not always the cheapest compared to some other brands, but the products feel good quality and a little seems to go a long way, so it does feel like decent value in the end. "Honestly made car cleaning less of a headache"
I used this on pretty much everything around the car, paint, glass, plastic bits, and the rubber trims, and it didn’t leave any weird marks or fading. I was a bit nervous about trying it on the piano black inside because that stuff always stresses me out, but it wiped off totally fine. Just handy to have one thing that works without me standing there in a mood wondering which product goes where.

I had a good look through Chemical Guys UK and there’s loads on there. Compared with a lot of other car cleaning sites I’ve used, it felt like way less hassle because the shampoos, waxes, towels, brushes and interior stuff were all easy to find in one place.
I only meant to grab a couple of bits, but like most people probably do when there’s that much choice, I ended up adding more than planned. Still, it was nice not having to bounce between different shops, and I’d definitely use them again

"Worked at first, but faded fast"
It did the job in the beginning, so I kind of assumed it would hold up for a while. But it wore off quicker than I expected. Not terrible, just didn’t last as long as I hoped
